Skin
Bar has summarised the 8 golden tips to take care of your skin after
30’s. Are you interested how to look young and good?
Tip
1: If you do not want to have swollen face in the morning – do
not drink fluid two hours before sleep. In that case, all the excess liquid
will get a chance to leave your body before sleep.
Tip
2: Do not avoid buying face serums!
Serums should include antioxidant e.g. vitamin A, C & E, green tea
etc. Ideally apply serum before cream applying in the morning or in the
evening.
Tip
3: Skincare around eyes should be special. It’s wise to
remember that this delicate area of the face can show signs of aging a lot
sooner than other areas of skin on our face and body. So it is important to
limit sun damage, improper care and neglect. Regular creams you using for
your face are not appropriate for around eyes use. Use a special
lightweight moisturiser (eye cream) under the eye area. Under-eye creams are
specially formulated to deal with the special needs of this area.
Tip
4: All of your creams or lotions, as well as cosmetics should
contain SPF-filter. Protecting skin from UVA and UVB is especially
important. Use sunscreen daily. It is important to reapply as
needed throughout the day, and do not forget to apply it to your hands, as they
are the real age teller.
Tip
5: Protective creams or lotions should be always on your dresser!
Choose those that make your skin produce more collagen in the cells. Cream
should also include antioxidant vitamins A, E, C, and vitamin F, which removes
an irritation and eliminates the sense of dryness.
Tip
6: Exfoliate your skin 1 – 2 times a week. Exfoliation is
the process by which the dead skin cells which accumulate on the topmost layer
of skin are cleared away in order for the new layer of skin cells to come to
the surface and grow. This process is very important because it
allows for cell turnover. This is also a way to protect the skin and
assist it in the anti-aging process. Those with oily, dry and even
combination skin should be exfoliating between one and two times a week.
However, those with sensitive skin should rethink exfoliation.
Tip
7: Go for professional facial at regular basis, at least once a
month.
Tip
8: Use your favourite face mask twice a week, either clarifying
mask or moisturizing masks or both. No matter what kinds of mask you use,
you need to be very careful with the removing masks off, do not stretch it.
If
you want to look young and good, do not be lazy! Take action now!
It is never too late!
